The Alexander Technique helps us do everything we do in life in an easier manner.
Whether it's in sports, being in front of a computer, driving, performing or washing dishes, we unknowingly put a strain on our bodies, which over time results in stiffness and pain. These harmful ''habits'' rob us of a clear connection between our mind, brain and body. This in turn, affects our overall health, posture and functioning and we lose our potential for energy, lightness, joy and efficient breathing!
In the lessons, we learn a systematic process to discover and 'undo' these harmful patterns, whatever our age. With gentle hands and verbal guidance we are able to bring ourselves back to the ease that nature intends for us.
